Thawing the gel is a straightforward process. We suggest dividing it into 2-3 clean, freezer-safe glass containers. Begin using one container while keeping the others in the freezer. As you deplete the first container, transfer another from the freezer to the regular cooling section of the fridge. Within 24-48 hours, it will thaw and be ready for consumption.
